Is there a free plan?
No free plan, but the Basic tier includes a seven-day free trial โ no payment required upfront. After day seven you choose to continue or the subscription ends. One trial per email.
What does a connect request actually cost?
One unit, every time you ask to connect with someone. If they decline or never respond, that unit is gone. We deliberately price connect requests so people send them carefully and not in bulk.
How are new conversations counted?
You spend one unit the first time you message a new match. All later messages in that same conversation are free โ the cost is on opening the channel, not per message.
Do connect requests and conversations share a quota?
No. They are independent. You can send a connect request without ever messaging, or start a conversation without sending a connect request. Each has its own monthly cap.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Your existing connections and conversations keep working โ you just cannot start new ones until your quota resets at the start of the next billing period, or until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we credit unused time on your old plan against the new one. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Do unused connects roll over?
No. Quotas reset every month so we cannot guarantee placement and infrastructure costs based on stockpiled credits. Featured tier sidesteps this entirely with unlimited everything.
How do I cancel?
Settings โ Billing โ Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then ends. No retention emails, no hoops.
