Account
Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". We'll email you a reset link that's valid for 60 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Open Settings โ Account โ Email. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address; clicking it completes the swap. Your old address can no longer log in once the new one is verified.
Settings โ Account โ Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile from match lists immediately. We retain a minimal record for legal / fraud-prevention purposes for 90 days, then purge it fully.
Profile
Only registered users on the platform โ never the public web. Each field has its own visibility (public to all members, only after a connect, or only when you explicitly share). Edit per-field visibility under Settings โ Privacy.
Yes โ open Profile โ Edit at any time. Most field changes are live immediately; some (photos, ID-verified data) re-enter a brief moderation queue.
Clear face visible, no group photos as your main shot, no copyrighted material, no contact info written on the image. Photos that fail review are hidden from your profile and you'll get a notification with the reason.
Matches
Your preferences are split into three tiers โ deal-breakers (hard filter), important (heavily scored), and nice-to-have (lightly scored). Profiles are ranked by a mutual compatibility score (geometric mean of how well each side matches the other). The full scoring breakdown is in Match details on each profile.
A few common causes: deal-breakers are too strict (loosen one and the count usually jumps), profile is incomplete (the dashboard shows missing sections), or your city has limited active members. Adjust your preferences and click Save to recalculate.
Whenever you change your preferences, your profile, or whenever a new profile that fits your criteria joins. The list re-ranks automatically โ no manual refresh needed.
Billing
JazzCash and Easypaisa via the Plans page. Card payments are coming later. All transactions are processed by the provider โ we never see your card / wallet credentials.
Plans page โ pick the new tier โ confirm payment. The old plan ends immediately and the new one starts; remaining unused quota on the old plan is forfeited (we don't prorate).
Refunds are issued for billing errors and accidental duplicate charges. Subscription cancellations within 24 hours of the first charge of the cycle are refunded in full; after 24 hours, access continues until the end of the paid period and we don't prorate.
Billing โ Active subscription โ Cancel. You keep access through the end of the paid period; no further charges after that.
Verification
Verified profiles wear a badge and rank higher in match lists โ most users filter for them. Verification is optional but materially improves the responses you get.
Right now: email only. ID card / CNIC, full KYC, and an income verification letter are coming in a later phase โ each adds its own badge.
Privacy & Safety
Every profile has a Report button (top-right of the profile view). Reports go straight to our moderation team and are reviewed within 24 hours. Repeat offenders are banned and their profile is removed.
Profile โ menu โ Block. Blocked users no longer appear in your matches and you no longer appear in theirs. They aren't notified.
Photos are served via signed, expiring URLs (never publicly addressable). Personal fields (income, address, phone) default to "after-connect" visibility. Sessions use rotating tokens with a fixation defence on every login. Full details on the /privacy page.
